Induction Heater & Hydraulic Press
Small Parts Manufacturing can forge up to 1 1/2" diameter bar using the 150KW induction heater and 100 ton hydraulic press.

These forging processes allow us to produce thousands of products for the Rail and Freight Car Industries

Small Parts Manufacturing does complete in house recycling of all scrap materials. Utilizing a 30 Ton compaction machine, called a "Pucker", we compress our scrap material into pucks, which are then sold directly back to the supplier for re-smelting. We also recycle and refine all of our cutting and lube oils in house
