Our Sunnen Honing machines consistently
achieve less than a 10 micro finish while holding tolerances
of +/- .0001" inch. We hone all types of material
including Brass, Bronze, Steel, and Aluminum to name
a few. Production rates of up to 75 Pcs / Hour are readily
achieved.
Our Cincinnati centerless grinders and Royal Master
centerless grinders can thru-feed and plunge grind up
to 3" diameter holding .0002" tolerance.
